    Employ local talent Identification, retention, development & acquisition strategies to attract top talent

    Maintain Union free status where legally possible.

    Develop motivation strategies to ensure rewarding (finical & non-financial) are key pillars that helps leaders encourage more value in place

    Design & lead an effective onboarding processes

    Develop local HR policies & practices that support our culture and the vision of the business

    Ensure Local labor laws are understood and we are in compliance with them. – Strive for 10,000% compliance

    Compliance and ethics issues are addressed and issues are escalated if local leadership does not deal with them.

    Lead the organization leadership development track to equip the supervisors with the appropriate competitive advantage

    Responsabilités

    7- 10 years of expeince in HR 

    Bachelor degree or equivalent in buinsnes 

    Arabic is a must 

    English language excellence is essential
